Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
1 cup Eoss Classic Yoghurt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 chocolate chips
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1/2 chocolate chips

1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Method
Pour milk in a saucepan and put it on low heat.
When the milk warms up, add chocolate chips and stir until they melt (don't bring the milk to a boil).
Once the chocolate chips are melted, remove the milk from heat and let it rest for 3-5 minutes.
Add honey, vanilla extract and Eoss Yoghurt and mix properly.
There should be no lumps (can even use a hand mixer for this).
Pour into ramekins and let chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve chilled, with toppings if desired. We like to sprinkle ours with chocolate shavings and frozen raspberries!
