Chocolate Yoghurt Cake


3/4 cup Eoss Natural Yoghurt
1/2 cup Rio Vista Olive Oil
1 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soluble coffee
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup caster sugar
3 eggs


Set oven to 180c.
Grease a cake tin.
Place all ingredients into an electric mixing bowl.
Whisk together until smooth.
Pour mixture into the prepared tin.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until skewer comes out clean.
Let it cool in cake tin, dust with icing sugar.
