Designed for the health conscious, this yoghurt is 99% fat free, with a whopping 20 grams of protein in our 190g cups. This yoghurt is the perfect pre or post workout snack.

Add fresh or Eoss Frozen Fruits or Sonoma Muesli to add some flavour and create a healthy, yet satisfying snack.
